Aunt Mary Solitaire
This engaging solitaire game shares similarities with Yukon Solitaire but introduces subtle differences that can influence your strategic approach. At the outset, each of the six tableau piles receives six cards: the first pile is fully face up with six cards, the second has five face-up cards, and so on, until the sixth pile contains just one face-up card. The remaining cards form the stock pile, which remains static once dealt; redeals are not permitted. Your main goal is to transfer all cards to four foundation piles, building each from Ace to King within the same suit. The tableau is constructed downward in alternate colors, allowing you to move sequences of cards between piles according to this rule. When moving a sequence, any eligible cards can be repositioned onto another tableau pile, provided they follow the descending and colour-alternating pattern. If a tableau pile becomes empty, only a King can occupy that space. Additionally, you may reveal one card from the stock and place it onto a tableau pile following the same building rules. Cards can also be moved to the foundation piles if they follow the correct sequence and suit. Once the stock is exhausted, no redeals are possible, requiring careful planning and luck to successfully move all cards to the foundations. The more cards you can organize into the foundation piles, the higher your score, making this game both challenging and rewarding for strategic thinkers.
